Corporate Kickboxing is designed for professionals who want to take up Kickboxing in a safe and fun environment, at or close to their workplace. We understand how busy you can get, so our 30 min lunchtime classes are perfect for those who are short on time. HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING KICKBOXING

Zumba sessions are typically about an hour long and are taught by licensed instructors. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango.
Come join in on the fun. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It’s easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!
Piyo is a music driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and Yoga. These practices incorporate flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. Our Piyo classes include modifications for the group exercise environment yet also offer exercise progressions to challenge all levels.
Insanity is a Cardio based, total body work out, Conditioning with plyometric drills, Non stop intervals of strength, power and resistance. *in progress, not yet in schedule*
